Har Harif and The Negev Mountain Ridge

This remote mountainous location near the Egyptian border is home to many animals which one does not normally see: Wild donkeys, rabbits, wolves, foxes, deer and eagles.  The colder weather in years past left us with many archaeological artifacts from civilizations which a few thousand years ago ruled these lands.

The height, dry air and distance from any main city makes this an ideal area for night sky astral photography.
